Our guarantee covers the work we’ve completed, ensuring your peace of mind. However, any leaks or issues arising from components or areas not directly related to our work are not covered.

The flat roof guarantee specifically covers the flat roof felting work we have performed. We assure you that our flat roof felting service is protected against defects and workmanship issues for 10 years. If you encounter any problems related to our flat roof felting during this time, we will promptly address and rectify them.

Please note that whilst we take great care in all the services we provide, our 10-year guarantee does not extend to other repairs or services not explicitly mentioned here.
